@KakeFitstudios provides professional sports-based training and recovery services in Inglewood, California. We offer both manual (trainer/therapist guided) and self-service (independent) options for your convenience.

What types of sessions are available?

We offer two main session types:

Training: Includes personal training (1-on-1, outcall, and group bootcamps) and open gym access.

Recovery: Includes sports recovery, body sculpting, and self-service recovery sessions.

How does the credit system work?

Services are purchased using credits. Credits can be bought in packages, and the more you buy, the lower the price per credit.

Manual services: 2 credits per hour, 1 credit per 30 minutes

Self-service: 1 credit per hour

How much does a credit cost?

Credit prices start at $50 per credit for a single credit and decrease as you buy more. For example, 8 credits cost $368 ($46 each), and 24 credits cost $912 ($38 each).

What are your session durations?

Sessions are available in 30-minute or 60-minute blocks. Manual services can be booked for either duration, while self-service sessions are typically 60 minutes.

Are independent trainers or therapists welcome?

Yes! Independent trainers and therapists are welcome to use our facility during self-service sessions.

What days are you open?

We are open Friday and Saturday ONLY for all services.

What is the difference between manual and self-service?

Manual Service: Sessions are guided by a professional trainer or therapist (2 credits per hour, 1 credit per 30 min).

Self-Service: You use the facility or recovery equipment independently (1 credit per hour).

What group training options are available?

We offer the #VertimaxBootcamp, a 60-minute shared group session for 2-4 people, available for just 1 credit per participant.

Do you offer monthly packages?

Yes! For example, a 1-month package (8 credits) is $368,

a 2-month package (16 credits) is $672,

and a 3-month package (24 credits) is $912.
